Overview
Unplain Media ("we", "us") operates the Unplain Business Accelerator ("the Accelerator"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Accelerator and how we use, store and protect it.
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and any optional details you provide (business name, website and your improvement focus). We also collect information about your resource progress so we can display it to you. We do not collect the content of your AI conversations.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and maintain your account, display your saved progress, send you access and account-related communications, and, where you have given marketing consent, share relevant updates about the Accelerator. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Data storage and security
Your account and progress data are stored securely using Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Access to your personal data is restricted to you and to authorised Unplain Media personnel. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but no system can guarantee complete security.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@unplainmedia.com. You may also close your account, which removes access to the Accelerator.
